When you order: your full name, phone number, email (if you give one), your order notes, the dishes you picked, your order date, and for delivery your address.

Your cart is kept in your own browser (on this device) until you pay. The chat keeps its conversation in your browser for this visit; we don't store chat conversations.

We set a cookie with a random id so we can limit how often ordering, delivery quotes and the chat are used, and we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for the same reason, never the address itself. Our sign-in provider, Clerk, also sets its own cookies on this site.

To prepare your order, contact you to confirm it, and hand it over at pickup or deliver it.

To look up your order's status when you ask the chat with your order number and phone number.

If you leave "Keep me posted on new bites & special offers!" checked, we may tell you about new dishes and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Stripe takes your card payment. We never see or store your card number.

Google Maps works out the drive time to a delivery address, to set the delivery fee.

Resend delivers an email with your order details to our own inbox when you pay, so we can prepare it. We never email you from it.

OpenRouter passes the messages you type in the chat to the AI model's provider (OpenAI) to write a reply. Don't type card numbers or other private details there.

Clerk handles sign-in; its script loads on every page of this site. Our server and database run on a private server we manage.

We keep orders for our business and tax records. Saved drive times for an address are refreshed after 30 days.
